Will I need to hire P.A. for you?
No, I own a fantastic P.A. System (HK Audio L.U.C.A.S. Performer 900W) which is made by one of the world’s leading sound companies and has been designed to provide high quality sound in a very small package. Even with it’s compact size, it’s more than capable to power a full band in a large variety of spaces.
Will there be a deposit?
Yes, a 20% deposit is required when booked which is non refundable if you cancel my services, but fully refundable in the unlikely event that I need to cancel.
Will there be a cancellation fee if we no longer need you?
Yes. If you cancel my services less than 30 days prior to the performance, my cancellation fee is 50% of the agreed fee. (In extreme cases I will be willing to negotiate on this term).
What will I need to provide you with on booking?
You will need to provide me with the following -
- The confirmed date of your wedding/event including times I will be required to perform and for how long.
- As much information as you have available at the time. E.g. venue location, details for a contact person if you would like me to liaise with someone else, song requests if already decided, any special requests such as dress code etc.
I will then send you a Booking Contract Form with all discussed details which we will both sign. On my receiving this and the deposit the booking will be confirmed.
What if we change our minds about what songs we want?
That should be fine as long as you give me enough notice to change to your requests.
What will I need to provide you with on the day?
I will be in touch with you closer to the day of your event to clarify everything we have agreed on. For example, how you will be completing your payment etc.
How can I pay?
We can discuss this on booking. Deposits can be paid by internet transfer or cheque. The remainder can be paid by cash or cheque on the day. If you require an alternative way to pay or a payment plan we can discuss this during the booking process.
